Organizational Profile
Blue Marble Executive Search will conduct meetings with key individuals within your organization in order to develop a keen understanding of the organization, it's goals, and expectations for the new executive.
Assessment & Review
Upon completion of our meetings, we will prepare a written report reflecting the nature and substance of the information gathered. We will address any potential difficulties on the front end of our search in order to consult with you about possible solutions. This report shall also clearly outline you expectations of the results to be achieved by your new executive.
Identification of Candidates
We will conduct a national search and will use a variety of source contacts including, print advertisement, personal contacts, and our own database. We will focus on those individuals whose style and accomplishments meet your needs.
Candidate Screening
We will conduct initial telephone screening and review resumes of interested candidates. We will provide verbal and written description of your organization and its vision. After initial screening and presentation of opportunity, we will arrange for personal interview with candidate.
References & Verification of Credentials
We will verify all required educational degrees of candidates presented to you. We will also verify any professional licenses and/or certifications. In addition, we will conduct initial referencing of chosen candidates.
Presentation of Candidates
Upon successful face-to-face interview, candidate shall be presented to you for your consideration. Once you have determined which candidates will be interviewed we will perform further reference checks to verify professional accomplishments and personal style. We will assist in arranging your personal interviews with candidates.
Communication & Negotiation
We will maintain constant communications with you and candidates upon completion of their interview and provide valuable feedback to both parties. We can also assist you in any negotiations with candidate regarding compensation, benefits, terms, etc.
Post Placement
We will maintain communication with you and your new executives for one full year to ensure a smooth transition.
